The home is at the edge of a wood, in a quiet area with good views. It is 55 m2 and has a balcony, terrace, sunbathing area with barbecue, swing, sandpit and its own swimming pool. This is an area of great natural beauty. You can also enjoy day trips to Masserberg, Ilmenau, Oberhof, Weimar and Erfurt. They are all within easy reach.
