Villa Sleeps 12 San Miguel de Salinas

General Information Having two separate entrances, this property is ideal for either a large group of people or for two groups of people who require privacy at times. There are three levels with a bathroom on each. This property is not suitable for wheelchair use but we aim to make a few modifications in the near future if there are sufficient requests. For those with slight mobility problems, we would like to point out that there are steps down to the pool and a few steps down and up to the main entrance. Outside There is a private swimming pool with wide walk-in steps at one end and reaching 6ft(2m) depth at the other. The pool can be accessed either by steps down from the middle level of the property or by steps down from one of the garden gates. There are plenty of recliners, tables and chairs within the garden area and a variety of palm and fruit trees. There is also a brick-built barbecue with a seating area which overlooks the swimming pool. As well as on-street parking, there is a private driveway. Living Rooms There are two living rooms. Each has satellite TV (with separate receivers) with a large range of channels - including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4, CH5, Sky movies, ITV2, RTE1, Cartoon Network, Sky sports, Eurosport, etc. There is also a music system for CDs and radio. Bedrooms There are six bedrooms in total with three bedrooms containing a double bed and three bedrooms containing two single beds. There are no uncomfortable sofa beds in our villa. A cot is also available at no extra cost - just let us know beforehand so that it will be ready for your stay. Bathrooms There are three bathrooms in total containing two baths, two showers and three toilets. Air Conditioning/Heating There is a unit for your comfort on each of the three levels of the villa.
