Distinguishing tourist Home in the Ancient Village of Cisternino
Characteristic house vacations, finished to restructure in June 2008 with the respect of all its distinctive peculiarities, is in the centre of a public square of the Ancient Village of Cisternino.
It’s a one-room apartment (approximately 25 square meters) in open space on a raised plan. The house vacations has an accurate kitchenette placed in a dining room that is contiguous to an alcove used like night zone and it has a bathroom. The walls are in ancient stone and the pavement is in “chianche” of natural stones.
Cisternino stays in the Itria Valley, encircled by pine forests and trulli, traditional houses with a conical roof, typical of the place. The city has been recognized by Unesco like one of the 20 more beautiful villages of Italy.
In the summery period, Cisternino has a festive atmosphere, its public squares and bloomed alleys offer to the tourists pizzerias, restaurants and stores opened to the public till deep night. Moreover, it’s possible to savour all the tasty products, above all the meat that directly the butcher shops serve on the spot.
Moderated-warm climate begins to April and finishes to October.
