This is a spacious, loft level apartment near Lake Como. It is around 80 m2. The town centre of Como is only 1.5 km away. The entrance to the apartment is in the shared garden. The living room is one floor up. It has a terrace with a splendid view of Mount Brunate and part of the lake. The apartment has antique furniture and a wooden ceiling. There is a large double bedroom.
This holiday home is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area with its many villas and churches. The home is around 3.5 km from Cernobbio and Villa d’Este. You can enjoy boat trips on the lake and golf in Montorfano which is around 6 km away. A cable railway leads to Brunate, above Como, where you can enjoy delightful walks.
There is a good beach at Moltrasio, only 4.5 km away. The apartment is near the A9 motorway which is very convenient for discovering even more of the area's attractions.
