Steineberg is located in the centre of the volcanic Eifel and is surrounded by crater lakes, the so-called Maaren. Within 7 km there are 7 crater lakes, 3 of which you can swim in. The holiday home is approx. 300 m from the local youth centre, where you can use a pool, sauna and solarium for a fee. Interesting attractions in the environment are, for example, Cochem and Bernkastel on the Mosel (approx. 20 km), the Formula 1 racing circuit, the Nürburgring (approx. 20 km) and the beautiful cities of Trier and Koblenz (approx. 70 km). Starting in summer 2008 there will be a garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbeque available at this holiday house.
