Property description
First class, very cosy and modern holiday home of a high standard and wonderfully situated close to the beach. It has a wonderful and large pool area with a whirlpool and is illuminated for romantic nights. There are comfortable loungers by the pool. The large property has a summer kitchen, grill, swing and ping pong and your children will not be bored. The covered, shady sitting area offers marvellous views to the water. You can order a lot of extras in this house. Molat is part of the Zadar islands and is famous because of its nature and unique karst caves. The island is characterised by many bays and is popular among yachtsmen. Especially the port in the Lucina is popular because of its peaceful and calm location. Molat is located in an elevated area and there are stores and also a fish restaurant. The small island is very quiet and offers the perfect basis for a relaxing family holiday with swimming and diving, far away from everyday life. It is possible to park your car in Zadar.
