In the middle of the Zillertal, with wonderful view, something very special is waiting for you: the Baumhaus Klausnerhof (tree-house). Situated in sunny and elevated position near the forest, the tree-house has every comfort with rustic ambience, furnished with a lot of wood. The modern house has a kitchen with dish-washer, E-stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker and water-boiler. The bathroom can be reached only by the outdoor-stair. There is a separate sauna-hut for the client's disposition - this sauna can also be used by the guests of the nearby holiday house. To the village Hippach only about 1,5 km, where you can find shops, restaurants, post office etc...

- The access to the ski resort Zillertal is in Hippach. Over 200 km of pistes of every degree of difficulty up to more than 3.000 m altitude. Ski school and ski kindergarden in Hippach. Wintersport in Zillertal: Cross-country skiing (classic tracks and skating tracks), snowboarding (fun park with halfpipe and jumps), curling, ice-skating, paragliding, tobogganing etc...
