Traditional, rustic holiday home in the middle of Istria, approx. 350 metres above sea level. It was built 80 years ago. It has been renovated and modernised and now contains everything you could possibly want for a pleasant holiday. It has a very special, warm atmosphere and you will feel right at home. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Make yourself comfortable with a good book in front of the fireplace or enjoy a glass of wine at night on the terrace from which you can see the swimming pool. The well-kept, fenced-in garden is 1,500 m2 large so there is much space for kids to play. The friendly people in town primarily live of producing wine and olive oil and growing fruit and vegetables and also offer homemade dairy products. The house is not far from the medieval town Zminj which is very idyllic. There are many shopping possibilities and gastronomic and cultural offers in Rovinj, Porec or Pula. We also recommend the Brijuni islands, former residence of Tito. You can get there by boat from Fazana.
