In the house: sauna (extra). Washing machine. Motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road). In winter snow chains necessary. Parking in the grounds. Shop 2 km, grocers 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Kaplice". The owner lives in an apartment with separate entrance (share the sauna and swimming pool). Swimming pool with against current swimming, shed (5 x 5), deck chairs, parasol, swings. On request (extra) outdoor accommodation for dogs. River Cerna 50 m with small private beach, bathing pond 10 minutes on foot, fishing (extra). Sport fishing (trouts) 1 km.
