In the centre of Esposende 13 km from the centre of Barcelos, 19 km from the centre of Póvoa de Varzim, 20 km from the centre of Viana de Castelo, 500 m from the sea, 100 m from the river. For shared use: garden 500 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (01.01.-31.12.). Tennis (extra), barbecue. In the house: bar, lounge, sauna (extra). Fitness room (extra). Table-tennis, billiards table, games room. Individual garage (extra). Grocers 200 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 500 m, thermal baths 800 m. Golf course 4 km, riding stables 4 km.
