Duplex apartment (185m2, terraces inclusive) is situated on Villa Allure; a small-scale park with 16 holiday homes spread over four buildings each with four homes. The beaches of Side are just 800 m away; you can even be picked up. Each holiday home has two floors and is situated around the large communal swimming pool. The villa is luxuriously equipped and has all extras such as a HiFi set with mp3/USB support, a safe for your valuables and a bar where you can take breakfast. There is of course air conditioning for the warm summers and there is a Jacuzzi in one of the bathrooms. There is access from the living room to the garden with a large permanent barbecue via a sliding door. There are also toilets and shower facilities near the communal swimming pool. In the villa is a book with all kinds of tips on the nearby area; where you can go, where the best restaurants are and where you can book excursions for example rafting, diving, fishing, sailing or parasailing. The small town of Side has many old features; you can imagine you are in an open-air museum of temples and amphitheatres. Nearby, there are waterfalls, dams, seaside and beach but also several shops and even open-air discotheques where you can have fun until the early hours. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters For a stay of 2 weeks you need to pay twice for the linen package
