Private-Bungalows Santa Margherita In the area of Santa Margherita, the individual holiday houses (not holiday village) have been built on a hill slope (approx. 5 hectares of land) above the coastal track. Most of them have a beautiful panoramic view over the evergreen pine forest to the only 800 - 1400m distant sea with it´s white fine-grained sandy beach.You will be indulged with Sardinian specialities at the Restaurants and Pizzerias nearby. Groceries are in the surroundings of 800 to 1500m and Pula is only about 10km away. The tennis courts of the nearby Residence Capo Blu as well as of the Hotel Rocca Dorada, can be used on request against a small fee. Car parking is available for every Bungalow. If the house does not have a fireplace, additional heaters can be provided for the cooler days. Watersport as Boat and Windsurf facilities are available at the beach, even Kitesurfing for the more courageous ones.

SA 03 Villa Casanova - 8 Pers. - ( approx. 120 m²) Two identically and with excellent taste constructed villas are situated on a relaxing hillside with “Macchia” grown land, above the sea coast track. You can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view over the pine forest to the sea. The distance to the white fine-grained sandy beach is about 1200m. A challenging elegance, comfort and spacious interiors offer each of the houses on two floors. A big swimming pool is in the middle of the two villas in a way that the guests according to their wish can either enjoy community or beware privacy. A large rustic equipped living room with open fireplace, comfortable armchair-set and a dinette. A modern wall cupboard. Two bedrooms with double bed /-single beds. Bathroom with shower, toilet. Pantry with washing machine. Small wall safe deposit. Furnished covered terrace. Another bedroom with double bed as well as two single beds and a spacious living room. Second bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. A large and partly covered terrace, with outdoor BBQ. The conveniently arranged second access can separate the first from the lower floor. Covered parking lot and outdoor shower.

Note: Small pets on request against charge. During the off seasons swimming pool functions can be limited. SAT-TV and air conditioning is possible for two bedrooms against charge.
