Charming villa
This is a tastefully furnished one level villa with air conditioning and electrical heating. The villa is composed of separate day and night areas. In the day area there is a large living/dining room with two tables (seating for 20+people), two sofas and tv set with dvd and playstation and a fully equipped kitchen. In the night area there is a corridor with two twin rooms, one bathroom and a double room with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Outside there is a large fenced garden paved in cotto with fruit trees (lemon, peach. cherry), an external shower (ideal when returnig from the beach) and two patios where you can have outdoor dining with our huge barbecue.
In the garden there is a small swimming pool and parking place for two cars.
On the terrace there is a gazebo with chairs.
This is a good base to explore Naples and the beauties of Campania (Pompeii,Capri,Ischia,Sorrento,Positano,Amalfi just to name a few) and to relax in the garden or on the quiet beach.
Our villa is family-friendly: we have a crib,a high chair and lots of toys and games for babies and kids (even a playstation and dvd's in several languages).
July rates include sun umbrella, deck chair and sun bed at local beach establishment.
