Ski storage, central heating. Parking by the house. Grocers 3 km, restaurant 400 m, bathing bay 4.5 km, tennis 500 m, ski lift, ski runs, ski school, cross-country ski trail 300 m. This chalet is situated in a wooded area of Filzstein, Hochkrimml, 1600 m above sea level. Zillertal chair lift 5 mins walk. Ski runs nearby. Ideal place for hiking. Many crosscountry ski runs. From Zillertal, tollroad (monthly card approx. 23 Euros) - from Mittersill, no tolls. Special offer: in summer, the weekley card for the Gerlospass (Alpenstrasse) is included in the price (for one car).
4-room chalet 110 m2 on 2 levels, comfortable and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. 2 double bedrooms, exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 double beds (2 x 120 cm). Shower/WC. Upper floor: large living room with open fireplace, dining corner, satellite-TV and radio, exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Bath-room, sep. WC. Balcony. Large terrace. Terrace furniture. Nice view of the mountains and the countryside. Please note: Non smokers only. The bathroom on the top floor has a whirlpool. The 2x2 bunk beds are double bunks. High chair for children available on request for 1.50 EURO/Day.
