our holiday-home (about 225m²) is located directly at the beach of the Caribbean Sea. The lot of land (about 1600m²) with its own beach is located on a 23km long strip of land, which separtaes the Carribean Sea and the Laguna de Unare - the nearby town is called Boca de Uchire. It lies more or less inbetween Caracas and Barcelona at the northern shoreline of Venezuela and can easily be reached by public transport or car. Caracas is about 190 km, Barcelona 100km away. The house has 4 rooms with at least 2 beds. Two of the rooms have own airconditions, one room is 'linked' by a fan in the wall. The other room has a natural cooling system by wind-openings in the wall. The house has a big entry, an open kitchen (fridge, freezer gas-oven) with a big dining table. There are 3 bathrooms, each of equiped with shower and toilet. Directly in front of the house is a big palm-roof - called Caney. Here is also a big table. From the column in the middle of the roof its easily to hang several hammocks but its also possible in the house itself. There is also a pool, but due to its depth, not suitalbe for swimming, just for sitting inside and relaxing. Also you can find an outside barbecue and as well a place for playing boule. The next supermarket is about 5km away. Our house is best for familys or just friends, who want to spent their holiday off the beaten tourist tracks in a relaxing atmosphere directly at the beach. We inform you, that our house is not a luxery real estate - that means e.g. that there is no warm water(but thats not really important by outside temperatures about 30°C), or that the water flows nearly preasureless out of the taps - the standard of the house is just normal - for Venezuela. And the climate is excellent - the whole year about 28°C to 35°C. So take the next plane - and enjoy your stay, feel the warm carribean sun, underneath palms directly at the beach...!!!
