Property description
The country house la Piconera is situated in the outskirts of the village of La Matanza at 650 meters above sea level. La Matanza is very famous of the production of Wine , there are lot of wine celery offering cultural and gastronomic visits
The house is 200 years old and built in the traditional canarian style. The walls are wide and made of stone. It is situated in a vineyard with very pleasant surroundings and filled with many attractive details including handmade furniture that welcome the visitor to a comfortable stay .
The house is distributed in one bedroom , bath , fully equipped kitchen , sitting room with sofa bed , chimney , Sat Tv , CD Player .
It has also very nice garden with barbeque and pool . A private parking is also staying at disposal of the guests .
