Diaz Beach House
Bright, Sunny, Spacious Holiday House only 300m from Diaz beach (Sandy beach), ideal for families, couples, friends get aways etc. Located in a quite Park Development, away from traffic yet only meters from the beach, waterpark, cocktail bar, restaurant and shop. Short drive into town center. The house benefits from 120 sq m living space, fully furnished living/dining room with couches, Colour TV, Dining table etc. Bedrooms are fitted with either a double or two single beds. An extra sleeper couch is also available in the living room. Sliding doors lead to the semi-private garden with bbq area. Garden tables & chairs are provided for up to 10 people. At the rear of the house a outdoor drying rack (umbrella style) is available to dry clothes. The open plan kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and is fitted with a hob, oven, hood, Microwave, 305 liter Fridge/Freezer (an extra fridge is also available in the Garage), Kettle, Toaster. The house comprises of two fully equipped tiled bathrooms, one is an en-suite to the double bedroom with a shower, w.c. and wash basin with mirror + towel & toothbrush holders. The other bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, w.c. and also a wash basin with mirror + towel & toothbrush holders. The large, quiet bedrooms have either one double bed or two single beds with bedside lights, a large fitted wardrobe and a mirror. Also available for your private use is the lock-up Garage attached to the house. The Garage can hold one car and the lawn next to the Garage can hold another car. For your safety an alarm has been installed throughout the house. *Linen & Towels can be provided on request
