The villa built in 1989 according to traditional Burgundy style is located on a former wine hill just aside a large natural reserve.
It is the perfect place to enjoy the French ‘Art de vivre’.
The house has been built in 1989 using traditional techniques and materials: wooden ceiling, terracotta floors, open fireplace and a very large terrace.
The spacious living room (120 m²) and the five bedrooms are fully furnished with exclusive antiquities. The total living area encompasses 250 m².
All amenities and comfort are offered.

You will enjoy from the house and the garden a wonderful view of an 11th century chapel of Armeaux (distance: 8km).
Along the large terrace (100 m²), all required garden furniture are included.
It is the perfect location for either a romantic dinner “en tête-à-tête” or for a BBQ party with friends. BBQ and all required accessories are provided.
The large garden (10 000 m²) promises many adventures and a lot of fun to children and adults.
Large swings suitable for children and adults are available.
The villa is an ideal starting point for your excursions to discover the region and its treasures either walking or riding by bicycle: ‘Othe forest’ (large natural reserve – 15 x 20 km – with predefined tracks), historical towns as Villeneuve S/ Yonne (8km), Joigny (15 km) and the world-known wine region Chablis (50 km).
Disneyland Paris is a 2-hour driving distance.

Within the Formanoir castle, built between the 14th and the 17th century, you can give your children horse riding lessonshorse riding lessons (children, from 6 to 14 year-old, information & bookings at the castle).
