- Access to the ski resort in about 150 m from the house, the Reitherkogelbahn, ski resort with 6 km of pistes. To Alpbach about 10 km, ski resort with about 46 km of pistes of all degrees of difficulty, powder snow slopes. Toboggan run directly in front of the house.

- In Summer various sports possibilities, hiking tracks directly from the house, paragliding and parachuting, tennis, mountain biking. In the "glass village" Rattenberg theatre shows, 4 swimming lakes in the touristic region Tiroler Seenland/Alpbachtal, on the Reitherkogel "Juppi-magic forest" for the little ones.
