Sagenhafter Harz-Urlaub
Die Besonderheit am Harz liegt wohl seit jeher in seiner abwechslungsreichen Landschaft begründet. Der Harz liegt im Herzen der Bundesrepublik Deutschland und liegt zwischen den Bundesländern Sachsen-Anhalt, Niedersachsen und Thüringen. Seine höchste geographische Erhebung erfährt das Mittelgebirge mit dem Brocken (1.141 Metern), der seit dem Mittelalter als der berühmteste „Hexentreffpunkt“ in Europa zählt.
Der Harz erstreckt sich in einer Länge von rund 110 Kilometern und einer Breite von etwa 30 bis 40 Kilometern und bedeckt eine Fläche von ca. 2.226 qkm. Er ist das nördlichste deutsche Mittelgebirge und das höchste zugleich.
