Das freistehende, in 2003 erbaute Haus auf einer Bergkuppe in der Region Axarquia, 690 Meter über dem Meer. Es bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf`s Meer, und auf die umliegenden Berge und das Bergdorf Moclinejo. Zum Flughafen Malaga sind es ca. 25 min. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 20-25 min Entfernung, zwei kleine Geschäfte im Ort ca. 1km vom Haus entfernt. Zum Strand und Meer beträgt die Entfernung ebenfalls 15-20min., ebenso zum Golfplatz. Von Rincon de la Victoria erreicht man Moclinejo über eine schöne Straße mit herrlichen Ausblicken in die Umgebung. Ein Holzofen sorgt an kühlen Abenden für angenehme Wärme. Mit einem Mietwagen können Tagestouren nach: Gibraltar, Ronda, Granada, Marbella oder Malaga problemlos bewältigt werden.
