They still exist: the places far away of the tourism centres where silence and nature invite for a pleasant stay, far from the stress of the everyday life. From here you have a marvellous view to the mountains of the Salzkammergut. The Jaga Stube is comfortably furnished and disposes of a small kitchen (2 flame E-cooker, oven, fridge with freezing compartment, coffeemaker, blender, toaster) and a rustic living space with romantic tiled stove. The sauna is in the basement. Ideal for couples, who would like to spend an undisturbed vacation. Enclosed property (bushes). Electric heating and tiled stove. The Jagastube is also bookable toghether with the house Ferienhütte Windlegern (approx. 100 m away). The village of Neukirchen is 7 km away, the city of Gmunden 14 km, in approx. 100 m of distance, there is the inn Windlegern, where you can get bread or breakfast.
- In Winter, a comfortably warm and cosy house will wait for you! The ski resorts Hochlecken and Feuerkogel are each 15 km from the house. Ideal for families with children and ski-beginners, the small but nice ski resorts of Upper Austria!
- On 820 m altitude, a real hiking paradise is waiting for your. The lake Traunsee (7 km) invites for water sports: swimming, diving, sailing and surfing. Sports and activities: Mountain biking, Wildpark Hochkreut, boat tours, castle Ort. Panorama-track for horseback riding in the Höllengebirge.
