The 100-year old rustic Samer house has been newly renovated in the year 2006. It is situated in quiet and sunny position on a slope, with wonderful view to the surrounding mountains. The house is heated by wood-burners and an electric heating. The kitchen disposes of modern equipment: wood-burner, E-stove with oven, refrigerator with freezing compartment, coffee maker, water boiler, dish washer, toaster and micro wave. You will find shopping facilities, a bank, pharmacy, bakery etc. in the centre of Großarl (4 km). Next restaurant 2 km, to St. Johann/Pongau 16 km.

- The ski pistes, the ski school and the ski kindergarten are about 4 km from the house (ski area Großarl-Gastein). With the free ski shuttle, which goes to Alpendorf and to Gasteinertal, you can use on the whole 270 cable ways and lifts with more than 860 km of pistes of the Sportsworld Amadé. Additional Winter sports in Großarl: cross country skiing, tobogganing, curling and much more.

- In the big garden with wonderful view to the mountains, you can relax. Barbecue, garden furniture and children's playground in front of the house. Leisure park with swimming centre and mountainbike rental 4 km. Hiking directly from the house to the alps in the neighbourhood with over 40 catered chalets and 220 km of marked hiking tracks.
