- In Wintertime, you can reach within 15 minutes by car the ski area Sörenberg/Brienzer Rothorn, with 18 ski lifts (2 cable cars), 2 cross country tracks, toboggan run and an ice-skating area. In addition, you can seize Winter activities such as Winter hiking or guided tours. In Schüpfheim, there is an indoor swimming center with solarium for the perfect evening after a pleasant day on the slopes.

- In Summertime, Schüpfheim is an ideal starting point for hiking tours and promenades, excursions (e.g. to Luzern, Bern, Interlaken and the lakes and mountains of Central Switzerland). The cable way takes you up to the Brienzer Rothorn, where you have a phantastic view to the surrounding mountains. Within 15 minutes by car, you can reach the Summer toboggan run, the tennis court and the paragliding station. In the region various possibilities for sport and leisure activities, such as swimming (in the village), mountain biking, cinema etc. Driving Range (9 holes) in 13 km distance in Flühli.
