- Position in the central Portes you Soleil area Morzine-Avoriaz. To Morzine (cable railway Super-Morzine) as well as to the express cable way Ardent with direct ski connection to Avoriaz, Châtel and Les Crosets/Switzerland about 5 automin. Alpine ski, cross-country skiing, Freeridetracks, snowboard tracks, Paragliding. Ice-diving. The lifts are operating from the beginning of December till the end of April. Cross-country trails and ice-skating rink approx. 2 km. Ski rental company: The owner, Mrs. PAIS, has a sports business / ski rental company directly at the valley station ARDENT. There you will get as HMS client special conditions!

- The village of Morzine invites with street cafes, markets etc. for strolling, shopping and a lot more. To the Ardent-bath lake approx. 2 km. Fishing possibility in the surroundings, bowling, Rafting, Canyonning, Hydrospeed, canoe-kayak, outdoor swimming pool, golf, climbing and nice travelling paths on the traces of the smugglers.
In summer 10 % reduction for a booking of 2 weeks or more.
