The Landhaus Daringer is situated above the ski- and hiking centre of Mayrhofen. With 3 apartments on 3 floors, it is an ideal location for up to 16 persons (3 families). In each of the 3 apartments there is a modern and separate kitchen with dining corner, a bathroom with bathtub and WC. On the ground floor big communal kitchen and a big living room with bar. Almost all of the bedrooms have a balcony. The distance to the centre of the village: 10 minutes on foot. Heating: Swedish and tiled oven, central heating. On the ground floor: 1 double room, 1 room for 3 persons (single bed and bunk beds), on the 1st floor bathroom with big bath tub, 2 double rooms (1 baby bed each), 1 room with bunk bed (2 persons), separate living room. On the 2nd floor 1 double room and 1 room for 3 persons (double- and single bed).

- In Winter direct access per ski from the house directly to the Ahornbahn (400 m), ski resort Mayrhofen. The Ahornbahn leads directly to the peak of Ahorn, in the village Mayrhofen ski access to Penken (free ski shuttle), Rastkogel and Eggalm. The ski resort "Zillertal 3000" provides skiing fun without limits for everybody, from the beginner to the expert! A highlight for Snowboarders is the Burton Park Mayrhofen, which is one of the best parks in Europe. Various possibilities for fun sport of every level (e.g. "Harakiri", Austria's steepest slope, or the 5,5 km piste to the ground station Ahorn.

- For a comfortable outdoor barbecue there is a covered terrace at the house and a brick-barbecue. In the village swimming centre Mayrhofen – an outdoor swimming centre with various attractions for big and small.
