Property description
Rustically equipped hut in dreamlike and isolated position, with open chimney and nice view to the whole valley. Kitchen-living room completely furnished with E-cooker, wood-burning stove, oven, coffeemaker, water cooker, microwave, toaster. Wood-burning stove (pellets), E-heating in the bathroom. You can buy house own products directly from the farm (300 m away). To the village of Großarl about 5 km. The sauna in the cellar is accessible from the outside and is euipped with a combined sauna-steam stove and a colour light therapy.
- The ski access to the ski resort Großarl - Dorfgastein is only 5 km from the house (ski shuttle!). Großarl belongs to the Skiworld Amadé. The house is an ideal starting point for ski hours and hiking. The region disposes of over 70 km of cross country trails, toboggan run, 45 km of Winter hiking tracks and much more.
- Im Sommer gutes Schwammerlgebiet, Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Wanderungen, zum Beispiel zur hofeigenen bewirtschafteten Alm "Loosbühelalm". Das Großarltal ist bekannt als das "Tal der Almen" mit 39 bewirtschafteten Almhütten entlang der Wanderwege. Golfplatz in Gastein, oder genießen Sie die Sonne in den Liegestühlen vor der Hütte.
