- In Winter, you can go to the centre of the Zettersfeld by car (chains necessary!). From there, the luggagge will be brought to the house (fee). The house can be reached either per skilift and ski or on foot (15 minutes).

The ski region Lienzer Dolomiten is situated on an altitude from 686 to 2.278 m and is well known as a very sunny region!

- The house is surrounded by pastures, woods and meadows. Ideal starting point in Summer for hiking tours, mountainbike tours and is a very fascinating area for parachutists or paragliders.
