The wooden hut, built in 1991, ist situated on the sunny side of the alpine region and the ski area Zettersfeld above the Dolomites city of Lienz, in the midst of young wood with view to the town and the surrounding mountains of the Lienzer Dolomites. The rustic hut with all necessary comfort is situated in a holidays village, can be reached by car in Summer by car (Zettersfeld centre) and in Winter up to the parking lot „Hoch Lienz“ - approx. 10 walking minutes to the house. When entering the house, you will immediately feel the friendly atmosphere of this house. Ideal for an unforgettable holiday experience and recreational experience. The ground floor offers a generous living area with access to the roofed terrace, a kitchen equipped with all necessary devices (woode-burning stove, E-cooker with oven, glass cupboard and cupboard, pantry with fridge, filter coffeemaker, Toaster, blender) as well as the sanitary rooms (the washing room/shower is separated from the WC). On the 2nd floor there are the bedrooms(the upper area can be closed by a trap-door. The wood-burner in the kitchen and the connected heating system provides pleasant warmth.

- In Winter you can reach the pistes directly from the house (10 walking minutes) and back to the house. The cross country trails are in the valley. In the ski resort Zettersfeld, there are various inns, a ski- and snowboardschool, ski rental and ski kindergarden.

- In Summer, endless hiking and walking tours from alp to alp. In the valley round the city of Lienz, attractive biking routes, mountainbike tracks and various sports and leisure activities. The Carinthian lakes can be reached within 2 hours by car and the beaches of upper Italy within 3 hours by car.
