The massive wood house with shingle roof was newly built in 1996 in absolutely quiet and detached position. It offers a marvellous look to the upper Lavanttal. The hut is furnished completely of wood, very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is completely equipped with E-cooker, oven, 2 fridges with freezing compartment, coffeemaker, microwave oven, blender and dishwasher, toaster, Raclette grill and Fondue set. Central heating. Skittle-alley outside. You find shopping possibilities in Bad St. Leonhard (6 km), daily bread delivery to the hut. Parking possibility, 2 roofed parking lots.
- The ski resorts Klippitztörl and Hebalm are only 15 min. from the house. There are 2 sleighs in the house for the guests. In the house, there is a sauna with relaxing area.
- Hiking directly from the house. Mushroom area near the house. On the pastures cows and calves. A barbecue and comfortable garden furniture are available for relaxing in the sun. Skittle alley in front of the house, children's playground with swing and slide and an Indian wigwam.
